The cover is pretty but Top 25 Homemade Healers published by Jerry Baker is not fancy. The pages are like newspaper and there’s not a color photo to be found. What there IS is lots of neat stuff – 2, 173 health and beauty solutions, to be specific.
I LOVE books like this and have a few! You just never know when a down-home substitute for Big Pharma-drugs will come in handy. Pssst: The answer is always if it works!

So, who is this Jerry Baker? I went in search…
His Blog Space (Not sure who’s keeping it up for him. He died in 2017)

Oh, I don’t know… many people who lean toward “natural” or holistic medicine and/or away from Big Pharma are seen as … oddballs, at least and outright quacks at worst. Some ARE. Others aren’t. You do the research and be the judge. It is, after all, YOUR BODY.
With an upcoming flu season, you might find this helpful (or yeah, the gin-soaked raisins!):
So, would I recommend this book?
Kinda.
Like all books like this, as I said before…
It’s up to you.
Buyer beware and all that jazz.
Psst: I like it, though. 🙂
